Membership

It's easy to become a member of the Hudson Mohawk Figure Skating Club. Just download an application form and mail it in.

Each additional family member is $10.00 for the Learn to Skate Program and $15 for the Advanced Skater Program.

Make checks payable to Hudson Mohawk Figure Skating Club. A $35 fee will be charged for each check returned.

HMFSC Refund Policy:

1. No refunds on membership fees
2. 50% Refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within the first 4 weeks of the program - up to and including November 4, 2007.
3. 25% Refund will be granted if cancellation occurs up to and including January 5, 2008.
4. 50% Refund will be granted if cancellation occurs due to an illness or injury with a doctor's note stating such and the cancellation is by January 5, 2008. After that date no refund will be granted.
5. No Refunds will be granted after January 5, 2008.
