Membership

Please fill out the membership form with your check and mail to our Membership Chair.

Associate Membership available for $30.

Each additional family member is $12.00.

Make checks payable to Hudson Mohawk Figure Skating Club. A $35 fee will be charged for each check returned.

HMFSC Refund Policy:

1. No refunds on membership fees
2. 50% Refund will be given if cancellation occurs within the first 4 weeks of the program - up to and including October 30, 2011.
3. 25% Refund will be given if cancellation occurs up to and including January 2, 2012.
4. 50% Refund will be given if cancellation occurs due to an illness or injury with a doctor's note stating such and the cancellation is by January 2, 2012. No refunds after that date.
5. No Refunds after January 2, 2012.
